A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with more than eleven years of experience in records management in the public and private sectors. Justin is a lead analyst for a Federal Government customer providing records and document analysis and requirements gathering for a project team supporting more than 300 federal employees and contractors. He has developed standard operating procedures (SOP) and management plans in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and agency policies and has been instrumental in implementing one of the first complete records and information (RIM) automation in the Federal Government.

His experience as both an analyst and supervisor includes supporting records analysis, document and data management utilizing various software and databases with more than two million records and documents. He has trained more than 200 end-users and consistently worked in support of between 100 and 350 end-users.
