Nick Thorpe is a Lean transformation leader and software engineering manager in Intel's Manufacturing Validation Engineering organization. Nick joined Intel in 2002 as a product development engineer and for the last 10 years has been involved in driving the adoption of Lean and Agile practices in engineering at Intel. He has developed Lean transformation strategies and training to enable hundreds of teams at Intel to use Scrum and Scaled Agile to plan and execute their work, and to use Lean principles to design and improves their work processes. Nick also leads a team of talented software engineers. Our team builds the tools that enable the coordinated use of Scaled Agile by Intel teams and the structuring, search, and analysis of knowledge within those teams.
