I am an innovation professional, organization transformer, and an award-winning knowledge management practitioner and thought leader with two decades of experience helping large/complex public- and private-sector organizations become smarter.

Currently I consult with organizations and work including Lex Mundi (a global association of member law firms) to accelerate their uptake of technology and innovation. In 2017 my book Building Smarter Organizations: How to Lead Your Zombie Organization Back to Life was published. I also regularly speak at events and run workshops.

Previous roles I have held include National Director of Knowledge Management for PwC Canada, National Director of Innovation and Information at McMillan LLP, and Cabinet Office Policy Advisor (Ontario).

Teams I have led have won a number of awards including Jive World's "New Ways in Business," N/ng's Top Ten Government Intranets, and the Showcase Ontario Award for Organizational Transformation,

I am on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Innovation Professionals and hold a Master’s degree in the Management of Technology.
