Ron's first career involved working in marketing for several high-profile high-tech firms, including Texas Instruments, Ashton-Tate, and Sybase. Over the past twenty years, Ron has given more than 500 presentations on topics of research methodology and technology. He has authored three books, including The Jews of Sing Sing (true crime) and Mind Maps for Genealogy (methodology and technology). Ron earned a B.S. in Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
